Who is responsible for your information
Evermore Weddings operates this website and decides how the information described below is used. You can reach us at hello@evermoreweddings.com.au for Melbourne, or Sydney@evermoreweddings.com.au for Sydney.
What you send us through the enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form we receive what you typed into it: your name and your partner’s name, your wedding date, email address, mobile number, ceremony and reception locations, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message fields. Only the email address is required — every other field can be left blank. We use these details solely to reply to you and prepare a quote. Your enquiry is emailed to the team responsible for your region and kept on our server. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website loads no analytics or advertising scripts until you accept them. If you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel, which set cookies to measure how the site is used. If you decline — or simply ignore the banner — none of those scripts are loaded at all. Your choice itself is stored in your browser under the name “em-consent”; it never leaves your device and is not a cookie.
Who else sees your information
Enquiry emails are sent and stored through Gmail, a Google service. If you accepted analytics, usage data is also processed by Google and Meta, who may transfer it outside your country. Beyond these, we do not share your information with anyone, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we may still need it to answer you, to carry out a booking, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. Once it is no longer needed for any of those, it is deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
